Tracy Gary
Tracy Gary has been a donor activist and philanthropic advisor for more than 25 years. She supports and educates donors, family foundations, financial service organizations and nonprofits about: the stewardship of money, leadership, and philanthropy through Community Consulting Services, which she founded in 1978. She has also founded 17 nonprofits including: Resourceful Women, the Women’s Foundation of San Francisco, the International Donor Dialogue Network, The Women Donors Network, and her latest venture — Changemakers for which she is currently raising $20 million to expand and strengthen community-based philanthropy. She has also served on over 30 boards of directors and has been recognized nationally and globally as a force for justice and community building. Tracy's book: Inspired Philanthropy: Creating a Giving Plan, is available through Jossey-Bass Publishing. She is currently working with Miles on her next non-profit, Inspired Legacies.
Laura Loescher
Laura Loescher is a leadership coach, philanthropic advisor and consultant to social change organizations. As co-founder and former Director of Changemakers foundation, she promoted progressive, community-based philanthropy and organized donors to direct their giving for social change. For the last ten years, Laura has been a consultant to local and national nonprofit organizations for visioning, planning, facilitation, fundraising, and organizational development.
Laura is also a singer, cellist, and visual artist. She graduated from Hampshire College and lives in San Francisco with her partner Austin Willacy, a professional musician.
Lisa Tracy
Lisa has over 20 years of experience in advocacy for human rights, the environment, women, health, microenterprise, prison inmates, and international giving. Lisa is a philanthropic advisor and a certified coach; she has also been a nonprofit executive, grantmaker, and financial planner to donors. Lisa is a Certified Financial Planner (R) practitioner, and one of the first Chartered Advisors in Philanthropy. She loves working with people who have a burning desire to change the world, young people, and family foundations exploring social change. Nicole Vamvakias
For over 13 years, Nicole Vamvakias has been assisting companies and individuals achieve their goals. As a Business Consultant, Nicole has nearly a decade of experience in advising clients on how to get what they want. She specializes in strategic business planning, solution identification, process development, and facilitated decision making. As a Coach, Nicole enjoys working with people who are excited about discovery and committed to action. She stands as a witness for her clients as they reveal their true passions and desires. Nicole's background allows her to support clients through creating life plans, making value-based decisions and creating personal systems that help people simplify and better manage their lives.
Nicole holds a BS in Accounting from Texas A&M University and has been a licensed CPA since 1994.
Odin Zackman
Odin Zackman is a facilitator and educator. He specializes in organizational and leadership development in the environmental and sustainable communities arenas. As the founder and lead facilitator for DIG IN Design and Consulting, Odin works with individuals and organizations in California and nationally supports social change and environmental leadership.
He is the recipient of a fellowship from the Salzburg Seminar in Environmental Policy and Public Dialogue and holds degrees from Oberlin College (BA, 1991) in Politics and Environmental Studies and Tufts University (MS, 2000) in Agriculture, Food and Environmental Policy.
